This deliverable presents the consolidated results of the four national stakeholder workshops organised in Spain, France, Portugal and Ireland under SMARTDEC Work Package 1 (Task 1.3 – Stakeholder Interaction and Mapping Validation).

Building on the project’s desktop scoping review and stakeholder mapping activities, the workshops gathered representatives from across the maritime sector to validate and refine the needs, challenges, gaps and opportunities related to maritime decarbonisation in the Atlantic Area.

The report outlines the common methodology applied across the four workshops, presents the results from each participating country and provides a comparative analysis based on four strategic dimensions: financial ecosystem, collaboration and innovation, regulatory and policy alignment, and technology and digital readiness. It also highlights a set of cross-cutting findings that will inform subsequent SMARTDEC activities.
